When searching for Venice on google maps and seeing the actual shape of the city, I was kind of annoyed. I didn't quite realise that Venice was quite this big and pretty spread out. Because of the way that it's shaped, I don't think that it will look right in neither a landscape or portrait format, especially if put beside Beijing and Honolulu as they are quite centred and close up to the main landmarks, unless I really zoom in, focusing only on the area of Venice that people recognise more and cropping the rest of it out.
I think the long bit makes it look a little awkward
when put in a landscape or portrait format.
