Project Proposal - Peer Review

Comment on the clarity of the project rationale. To what extent have the aims and objectives of the project been clearly stated?
Project rationale is clear. Clear aims. I have a clear sense of what you want to achieve and the themes you're basing it on.

Comment on the identified themes and subjects outlines in the proposal. To what extent do they offer sufficient scope for research and development of significant/appropriate content?
Themes seem clear.
Could look at motifs to do with dancing - Shoes, dresses etc. - stuff to do with the time/era of dance.
Some lovely drawings in Visual Journal - Carry on! Good start to contextual referencing. Research into medium - How are you going to make this?

Comment on the proposed practical and conceptual application outlined in the proposal. Is it clear and does it offer the potential to develop a significant body of work?
How are you producing your work? Digitally?
Clear idea of what you're going to do. The work you'll produce can be spread across a number of products - can create a lot of work.

Comment on the breadth and appropriateness of the contextual references. To what extent are they informing the decisions regarding product, range and methods of distribution?
You've identified some illustrators.
Emailing people? - what do you want to know?

Comment on the proposed project plan. To what extent is the plan realistic with regards to workload and timescales?
I know you're organised so I know you'll do it. Seems that once you have the drawing and patterns its just a case of applying it to the products.
Printing onto fabric is different. Do you want to dye fabric? - Can take time to get it right.

Additional comments and suggestions
