Project Proposal: Moving Pictures

I intend to produce:

Between 3-6 ten second animated stings promoting Neil Gaiman’s Coraline – A series of short teasers/trailers for the book which should entice audience into picking up/reading the book themselves.

The content will focus on:

• Prominent imagery and characters in books
• Darker themes of the book

I will be aiming to communicate:

• Briefly what the book is about by showcasing important/key scenes, objects, imagery in book that should get the audience to want to know more about the book.
• The overall feeling/atmosphere of the story

To an audience of:

• Fans of Neil Gaiman’s work
• Fans of fiction works/adventure/fantasy
• Both children and adults, males and females.
